1. Mana Digital services
Mana Digital Kft. (“Mana Digital”) provides digital transformation consulting and delivery services to businesses. The detailed scope of services is set out in the individual contracts and the offers available on this website.
2. Formation of the contract
A contract is formed when an offer is accepted and the written agreement is signed. Verbal agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.
3. Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in the individual agreement. By default, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. In the event of late payment, statutory default interest applies.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership of intellectual works created on the client’s order transfers to the client upon payment of the full fee. Mana Digital reserves the right to reference its work in its portfolio, subject to the client’s prior approval.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake not to disclose the other party’s business secrets, know-how, or confidential information to third parties. This obligation remains in force for 3 years after the contract ends.
6. Limitation of liability
Mana Digital’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the service fee actually paid. Mana Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Amendment and termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ prior written notice. Fees for work already completed remain due in the event of termination.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties agree to seek to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiation, and to turn to the courts only if such efforts fail.
